MC Consulting was re-established in 2020 with the vision of making a deeper, more transformative impact in the South African small to medium size business sector. Guided by the belief that businesses and organisations have the power to drive meaningful social change, the founder (Marlene Cronje) launched the company with a clear focus: developing human capital and ensuring it is at the heart of every organisation.
This was done in collaboration with her trusted partner, Helene du Toit-Lourens of the Inspiration box. Together they have more than 30 years-experience and are seasoned Organisational Development Consultants. Helene being the Specialist in Leadership and Team coaching and Marlene the Generalist in many aspects of Human Resources Management. They have experience in the Nuclear, Construction, Agriculture, Services, Enterprise Development, Manufacturing and Retirement Villages.
They had the exceptional experience of joining forces in the development and delivery of leadership development program in the delivery of leadership development programs in the United Arab Emirates at the newly constructed Nuclear Power Plant.
This highly multi-cultural environment, with staff and leaders from 50+ countries joining forces as one team, brough countless challenges that tuned into remarkable gifts and connections.
